Allegations of misconduct against a former police constable have not been proven


Former Police Constable Kaisser Hussain, of Central East Basic Command Unit, attended a misconduct hearing, which ran from September 8 to 9.

It had been alleged that former PC Hussain had breached the standards of professional behaviour in relation to authority, respect and courtesy; and discreditable conduct.

The tribunal’s finding was that there was no misconduct.
