Three further arrests by police following shooting in Wood Green

Detectives investigating a shooting in north London have made three arrests.

Police were called to the Wood Green Shopping Centre car park off Pelham Road at 20:39hrs on Saturday, 27 January following reports of a shooting.

Officers, including firearms officers, attended and found a 19-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound.

He was taken by the London Ambulance Service to a central London hospital for treatment and has since been discharged.

Detectives from the Trident and Area Crime Command are investigating.

Detectives have made three arrests in connection with this incident.

They are:

A 23-year-old man arrested on Tuesday, 6 February;
A 24-year-old man arrested on Thursday, 8 February;
A 21-year-old man arrested on Friday, 9 February.

All three have been released under investigation pending further enquiries.
