PC Thomas Bullen, an officer based at the South East Command Unit and former Metropolitan Police officer Alexandra Tennant, answered allegations that they breached the Standards of Professional Behaviour in relation to duties and responsibilities at a gross misconduct hearing heard between Monday 4, and Thursday, 7 February.
This related to failing to respond appropriately to an order to carry out a welfare visit on 6 June 2016.
Former PC Tennant was found to have breached the standards of behaviour in relation to Duties and Responsibilities for three of four allegations faced, these were found proven as Misconduct only.
PC Bullen was found to have breached the standards of behaviour in relation to Duties and Responsibilities for two of four allegations faced, these were also found proven as Misconduct only.
PC Bullen was issued with a Written Warning.
